<p> A match-winning line of attack: Get your team to keep the game flowing and divide defenses by swaying the ball from one side to the other to make space and outnumber the defense. Swapping the ball between the team players also helps reducing the stress.</p>
<p> The quick switch or the blind pass: Train one or two of your mid-fielders to dribble to the right, using the right foot, and then swing the ball to the left, sending almost a blind pass.Speedy Switching or Blind Pass: A blind pass can be accomplished, rolling the ball using right foot, while throwing it to left; one or two mid-fielders must be knowing this technique. For the left-footed mid-fielders, the same effect can be achieved by swinging the ball using left foot, and kicking it back to the right.</p>
<p> The defender on the other side will not be expecting the pass and your team can catch the opposing team sleeping.</p>

<p> All players in the team will have to adjust to the expectation that a switch is always coming so tell your team to frequently switch the ball. This is most challenging technique during the soccer drills; that would enable the entire player to comprehensively participate in the soccer practice.</p>
<p> You need to setup six small goals on either side of the ground in order to carry on the drill. The team scores where the player runs through the goals which are placed in the middle, while playing from the back. They get two points for passing through the last goals as this encourages switching.</p>
<p> Throughout free soccer training drills, the goals should be made adequately wide to teach that there is not much use only to put a player between them to avoid a run or pass. Running from point A to B should be assigned to one player.  To prevent the attackers to score, the players must remain between the goal.</p>
<p>  Usually, during the play, youngsters, tend to move away from their positions.  They tend to move to the point, where the ball is being played. Thus the attackers should always be alert of the target areas and try to switch the game to the other area while making use of the defenders absence in that area.</p>
<p> Dedicate some time during the next session of football drills, to show the players to cover the entire width of the pitch. Impart the skill and repeat a few times, especially make them realize where the actual attacking threat may raise.</p>

Using this soccer fitness strategy discussed in this article, your players will have an opportunity to play soccer at higher level.</p>
<p> The new theory of soccer weight training is to have strong and fast muscles with higher stamina rather that to keep on adding pounds of muscle bulk. Upper body weight training for soccer is not as important as is for the legs, but we still do it for overall conditioning and strength.</p>
<p> My suggestion is to focus your fitness training beginning with the legs. Begin with the squatting exercises. Now place the bar with which your players can make 20 reps. Let&#8217;s say they are pretty strong, so tell them to begin with 220 pounds. They have to get under the bar, with it resting across their upper back, and stand up with it.</p>
<p> They should then get out of the stands and stand with their feet and shoulder width apart. Then they should come down while holding it till their hips are only marginally lower than the top of their knees. In weight training soccer, after coming to this point the players should quickly stand up fully and breathe out. Encourage them to repeat this for 20 reps even when they are dead tired.</p>

<p> A 5-10 minutes break should be taken before moving on with the leg curl machine to work on hamstrings. 4 sets of 15 reps each should be completed by them. The Stiff-Legged Dead lift with 4 sets of 15 reps should be completed between each set of Leg Curls. Hamstrings are vital for players speed, thus we would want them to be strong enough.</p>
<p> The leg exercises will be completed with 3 sets of 25 reps on the Standing calf-raise machine.</p>
<p> Start the upper body workout with the Incline bench press.<br /> After a warm up exercise, guide players to add enough weight so that the next set of 10 reps gets difficult. They are supposed keep on doing weights for a total of 5 sets of 10 reps, while stretching their chest and shoulders, however taking a break of 2 minutes between each set.</p>
<p> Now we move to the second workout of this session of soccer strength training which are the pull-up exercises. Their palms must be facing their body so that they can exercise their biceps and back muscles. Finally the upper body exercises include abdominals and performing 5 sets of 20 or more reps of leg raises. Then finish with 5 sets of 50 or more crunches or sit-ups.</p>
