You dietrician might have said to you recently that you have to lessen your weight. He wants you to let go of that awful obsession of consuming sugar and should start eating more healthy foods. As soon as they learn how their actions can change your diet, they will be more responsible on the things they will do. As long as your friends are aware of your goals they will only be there to lend a hand.

Please, be considerate of others if you yourself ever feel the need to push a food on someone you care about. They may enjoy the food now but in the long run they will appreciate your support much more.
